Surface-Appropriate Pressure
Soft washing uses cleaning solution and low pressure to do the work chemically instead of mechanically. Siding, stucco and roofs get soft washed. Concrete and pavers get controlled pressure. Nothing gets more force than it can safely take.
Plant & Property Precautions
We pre-wet and rinse landscaping, tarp or shield sensitive plantings, cover electrical outlets and light fixtures, close windows and doors, and direct runoff away from garden beds and water features.

1-Year Standard Limited Warranty
Completed work carries a 1-year standard limited warranty. If treated organic growth returns within the covered period on a covered surface, we come back. Coverage, exclusions and covered surfaces are defined in your written terms.
2-Year Premium Limited Warranty
Qualifying projects are eligible for a 2-year premium limited warranty. Eligibility depends on the surface, its condition and the scope performed, and coverage is subject to written terms. Ask whether your project qualifies before scheduling.
Your Written Estimate Controls
Prices listed on this site are starting rates subject to restrictions and minimums. Actual pricing depends on measurement, access, material, height and surface condition. The final written estimate always controls the price and the scope of work.
Deposits & Commercial Billing
NET-30 terms are available to commercial clients when established by agreement. Some residential and commercial projects may require a 30% deposit to schedule. We confirm which applies to you in writing before any work is booked.

Downtown Frederick's older brick and painted surfaces need a gentler approach than newer construction. Ballenger Creek's vinyl-clad developments see heavy north-side algae. Both are a short drive from our base.

Newer subdivisions with large elevations, composite decking and mature landscaping. Lake Linganore's tree cover means roof streaking and shaded patio algae are common calls here.
Walkersville, Middletown & Jefferson
